New Album Coming Soon: ‘Puccini: Heroines’ drops March 27

Sondra Radvanovsky brings her singular artistry to Puccini: Heroines, her forthcoming album with Enrique Mazzola and the Lyric Opera of Chicago orchestra, on the Pentatone Label. Recorded live in concert, Radvanovsky gives voice to Puccini’s most beloved characters, from Mimì’s tender “Si, mi chiamano Mimì” to Turandot’s fierce “In questa reggia.” 

This isn’t the first time Radvanovsky and Lyric Opera of Chicago have collaborated on a Pentatone release; The Three Queens was released in 2022, and Enrique Mazzola conducted the 2019 Pentatone release of Verdi and Donizetti with Michael Fabiano.

Puccini: Heroines will be released in full on March 27, but the first single, ‘O mio babbino caro’ from Gianni Schicchi is out TODAY, and available to stream on Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, Qobuz, and more! Puccini: Heroines will be released physically on standard CD and digitally on all platforms.
