This spring, Sondra Radvanovsky brings her “thrilling” and “visceral” (Operawire) Tosca to audiences in Paris, returning to the Opéra National de Paris in a signature role. Widely regarded as one of the greatest living interpreters of the role, Radvanovsky has bowed as Tosca on the world’s most important stages, including Teatro San Carlo, Teatro Real, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Gran Teatro del Liceu, Opernhaus Zürich, and The Metropolitan Opera, where her performance was praised as “…absolutely magnificent, a completely satisfying musical and dramatic embodiment of a challenging role by an artist at the peak of her powers” (Parterre).

Radvanovsky joins an incredible cast in Pierre Audi’s production, under the baton of Jader Bignamini. Yusif Eyvazov sings Mario Cavaradossi, with Gevorg Hakobyan as Il Barone Scarpia, Vartan Gabrielian as Cesare Angelotti, and André Heyboer as Il Sagrestano.

Radvanovsky will appear as Tosca March 31-April 12.
