Sondra Radvanovsky joins acclaimed collaborative pianist Vincenzo Scalera for an intimate recital debut at The Red Theater, presented by The Arts Center at NYU Abu Dhabi.

Celebrated globally for her luminous tone, dramatic intensity, and commanding stage presence, Radvanovsky presents a wide-ranging program showcasing her supreme mastery of the Italian bel canto and verismo repertoires. The evening features celebrated arias and art songs by Vincenzo Bellini, Giuseppe Verdi, and Giacomo Puccini—composers whose most demanding heroines have defined Radvanovsky’s international opera career.

The program also journeys into Slavic and German song literature, highlighted by romance selections from Sergei Rachmaninoff and Richard Strauss, alongside Tatyana’s monumental Letter Scene from Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Op. 24. Partnered by Scalera’s nuanced and authoritative pianism, the recital promises an unforgettable evening exploring opera and art song’s most powerful emotional landscapes.

The performance takes place on Saturday, October 17 at 7:30 p.m. in The Red Theater at NYU Abu Dhabi.
